What can we offer to you?We raid 4 days a week,
19:30-21:30 on
Tuesday,
Wednesday and
Thursday and
17:00-21:00 Sunday.
We are trying to have somewhat disciplined raids, do fast and good progress (we want to get things done and we take raiding seriously, despite our limited raid time). If you'll be active enough, come prepared to raids and know your role good, you can expect an invite regularly and get your shinies, be part of progress kills and have all the fun. If you plan to just come to farm raids and take loots though, don't waste your (and our) time.
We're trying to have as much fun together as possible, and raiding without stupid repeated failures is involved in that, so we're always looking for very competent players who want to raid just 3 days a week, but raid efficiently and stay ahead or compete with other guilds.
Also, we have a nice tabard and guild bank tab!!1!What do we expect?- We don't ask people to be 18+, I've met so many clueless/mediocre players over the age of 20. Instead, if you can take harsh humor, know your job, research about your class and encounters and if you act somewhat mature, we don't really give a #&@! if you are 8 years old, if your behavior says otherwise.
- We want our members to come to raids in time, know tactics for upcoming encounters, bring their consumables, not stand in fire and have good attendance.
- During your trial period, you must keep your attendance over 80% through at least 2 weeks (that's 5 out of six raids for those who've missed maths on primary school..actually a bit less,but yer not supposed to attend 4,749456741 raids).
- We use Ventrilo 3.0.x, and we want all raiders to have that running at least to listen and understand spoken english.
- You are expected to bring flasks and keep them up through the whole raid.
- We like to see people try to improve themselves in 10mans and heroics in the time between raids, socialize with the guild and such, we want to get to know you. You should be able to take some harsh humor, make fun of our members and be all mean and evil. Well not really, but if you plan to just log in for raids, ignore everyone and not play between raids at all, we don't think it'll be all that much fun, do you?
- You are also supposed to know your class inside out, be able to take a constructive criticism and work to improve your spec, glyphs, gems, rotations or whatever tends to be lacking.
- Most importantly, fire, poison, weird circles on the ground are BAD, if you can't see them and move appropriately, we'd prefer having someone else in our progress raids so there's no need to bother applying. That said, everyone is a human and can fail every now and then, but not 5 times in a row on the same easy stuff.
